The ACCENTS Transactions on Information Security (TIS) is an open-access journal that provides free and unrestricted access to all its published papers. Therefore, ACCENTS does not charge any subscription fees for accessing the journal.

To cover the costs associated with the publication process, ACCENTS collects a Manuscript Publication Charge (MPC) only after a paper has been accepted for publication. The MPC may be paid by the authors, their affiliated institutions, or research funding agencies. This charge supports activities such as managing the peer review process, copyediting, and hosting the final article on dedicated servers.

The details of the publication fee are as follows:

• Indian Authors: INR 5000
• Authors outside India: USD 100

Note: There will be no MPC for papers accepted from authors who submit their manuscripts on or before December 31, 2026.
